HDPE dredging pipes are molded by continuously extruded polyethylene through extrusion machines and designed molds. It has an excellent comprehensive performance, which contains high wear resistance, are light weight, easy to transport and install, do not require large mechanical construction, have excellent wave impact resistant and ring stiffness, have excellent tensile strength, can bear the shock of sea waves and win d, and come in customized pipe lengths according to the customer's request.
Features:
1.Raw Material:The HDPE material is non-toxic and tasteless.It belongs to green building materials and never scaling through the strict health test, which can effiectively improve the water quality.
2.Low Flow Resistance:The smooth inner wall is easy for pipeline transportation.Under the same condition,HDPE pipe's delivery capacity can be increased by 30%,as its roughness is much less than that of steel pipe and glass reinforced pipe.
3.No Leakage:HDPE Pipe is connected in the ways of butt fusion,socket fusion and electrofusion,which means the strength of joint is higher than tube itself.
4.Excellent Flexibility:HDPE pipe could be slightly bended for the large diameter products ,which will be much more convenient in the construction site.
5.Good Risistance Ability:HDPE is 4 times the wear resistance of steel pipe,which means HDPE pipe has longer service life and better ecnomical effciency.Designed 50 years' service life under rate temperature and pressure.
